WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
The Director, Capital Projects and Infrastructure, provides strategic and operational leadership over capital project delivery, infrastructure development, and long-term asset planning within the Ministry of Housing. This role leads end-to-end execution of all funded capital builds, including site feasibility, design, construction, transition to occupancy, and long-term infrastructure planning. The Director ensures Métis design principles, cultural resilience, sustainability, and community impact are embedded in all projects.
This position will collaborate with internal leaders, ministries, Chartered Communities, local governments, consultants, and funding partners to ensure the successful delivery of housing and social infrastructure projects aligned with the ministry’s mandate.
WHAT YOU WILL GET IN RETURN
This position offers a comprehensive benefit package and an annual wage range of $110,000 to $139,000. The Director, Capital Projects will be able to work from any of MNBC’s 7 Regional Offices located throughout the province, provided that you possess a Class 5 driver’s license and a readiness to travel across BC.
