The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a senior finance position appointed as the Financial Officer for the municipality and is responsible for those responsibilities assigned under the Community Charter. You will provide financial advice and assistance to senior management in the development of the financial plans, produce finished documents and participate in their presentation to Committees and Council. The CFO is responsible for organizing and directing all the financial services and purchasing functions.

The Manager of Financial Services is responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the Finance Department’s internal controls, records, systems and staff. You will work with all departments to provide professional expertise, advice and assistance as required. Program Director, Cumulative Effects Strategic - North Coast - Skeena First Nations Stewardship Society

As the Program Director, Cumulative Effects (CE) Strategic Initiatives, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and implementation of strategic projects to support the Marine Plan Partnership (MaPP) Cumulative Effects Framework. Working closely with our First Nation partners and stakeholders, you will lead efforts to assess, manage, and monitor cumulative effects on our common core values. Reporting to the NCSFNSS Executive Director and working collaboratively with MaPP and Environmental Stewardship Initiative (ESI) First Nations Partners, you will provide expert guidance on program progress, milestones and budget needs. Additionally, you will be part of an organizational team that works to carry out the mandate of the NCSFNSS Board.
