Since 2002, James R. Craven and Associates has operated from a home office in East Sooke. With a “do it yourself” aesthetic and down to earth philosophy, Jim and his team have completed hundreds of searches for high-level positions in local governments and First Nations in British Columbia, Alberta, and the Yukon.

Today, we are pleased to announce the next step in the evolution of our firm: James R. Craven & Associates is now Tall Cedars Search & Recruitment. The principal of the new company is Flo Follero Pugh, who was proud to work with Jim and associates Paul McKivett, and Bill Eccleston since 2014.
