Chief Administrative Officer - District of Port Edward
The District of Port Edward is a vibrant and growing community of approximately 500 people. Situated on the traditional unceded territory of the Ts’msyen (Tsimshian) people, Port Edward is 15 kilometers from the City of Prince Rupert on the beautiful Pacific North Coast. Chief Administrative Officer - Village of Canal Flats
Located at the headwaters of the Columbia River in beautiful southeastern BC, the Village of Canal Flats is a small but ambitious municipality in the scenic Columbia Valley. The Village is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to lead its dedicated staff team and work closely with Council to guide and implement strategic priorities. The CAO will serve as the senior appointed official of the municipality and will also fill the role of Deputy Corporate Officer (with internal support and the ability to delegate responsibilities as budget permits).

The District of Sparwood, in collaboration with the District of Elkford, is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Building Official to join our municipal teams. This unique five-year contract position offers the opportunity to work in two progressive communities nestled in the spectacular Elk Valley, in the Southeast Kootenay region of BC. You’ll work 3 days per week in Sparwood and 2 in Elkford, supporting both municipalities in delivering high-quality building and plumbing permit and inspection services.
